14/1/23- 16/1/23 Gwent, the Witcher's card game.

Call it beginners' luck, noob lure, or even a fluke, but when I started playing I scored five wins in a row. I was on fire!

The game was great, and while deckbuilding felt a bit pay-per-win even a simple glance, with all premium scraps and gold-like kegs, I ignored it.

The art was good, the mechanics simple but variated, there were hundreds of cards, and I was dazzled. Then I began to lose.

I lost ten times in a row, I changed maze, I changed skills, I looked for guidebooks, but it didn't matter what I did the adversary just kept pulling these overpowered cards. We're talking a 3/2 gold-bronze radio. It was insane, I got pummeled time after time. So I guess the game is good, as long as you can pay for it, which is not my case. 5/10
