Faraway Paladin (Far away from creativity)

Plot preview

Things start with a generic cosmogony and the MC babbling shoddy platonism to explain why words can cast magic (apparently is because they divide the idea of the object from the idea of the material that composes it, all explain poorly in non-platonic terms, and still not making sense) although words still need to be Latin because everybody knows that Latin sounds more magical

Later on, when the time arrives to say why after "reincarnate" (I won't even discuss that) he winds up in a so-called "family" of undead, he pulls a "to this and many other questions I have no answer" out of the sleeve.

There are also cheap myths like this: "the god of lightning, volt (how original), ruler of the virtuous gods, who presides over order and judgment, and his older brother, illtreat (feeling daring today, aren't we?) the evil god whose domain is tyranny (like if gods were democratically voted), have waged countless battles against each other, illtreat always keeps the upper hand in the start, but the kindhearted "earth-mother mater" (this is only getting worse) turns the tide by granting her husband volt (incest) protection in his time of crisis. Ultimately volt drives away illtreat, and so on, the guy returns and the story goes on again.

This means that governments start with violent tyrannical rulers (?) but as the farming goes well law and order slowly spreads to society (??)"

Well, that's bullshit. Sorry for the language, but really? Farming spreads law and order, what are we, hippies? As far as I am concerned the story means that the ruler god is such a pussy that when he gets in a fight with his brother he cowardly calls his wife-mom. 2/10
